clang-format: fix formatting of guard() and scoped_guard() statements

Without this patch clang-format formats guard() and scoped_guard()
statements as follows:

	guard(...)(...)
	{
		...
	}

With this patch clang-format formats guard() and scoped_guard()
statements as follows:

	guard(...)(...) {
		...
	}
