Tony Luck	32974ad490	[IA64] Remove COMPAT_IA32 support ... This has been broken since May 2008 when Al Viro killed altroot support. Since nobody has complained, it would appear that there are no users of this code (A plausible theory since the main OSVs that support ia64 prefer to use the IA32-EL software emulation). Philip Langdale	2d56f3a32c	Input: refactor evdev 32bit compat to be shareable with uinput ... Currently, evdev has working 32bit compatibility and uinput does not. uinput needs the input_event code that evdev uses, so let's refactor it so it can be shared.
