bbb7162472 Various dictionary changes. 
* vm.ctx.new_dict returns a PyDictRef
* Special case for module goes away.
* Instances get a real dictionary.

e39df6daef Basic implementation of T.__subclasses__(). 
Ideally, the weak list should be updated whenever a type is removed,
and the list shouldn't be a Vec, but this should be good enough for
starters.
